Is the first session really free?
Yes — a relaxed intro to meet, talk through your goals, and try a little movement. No pressure to sign up.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Any time. There's no lock-in contract — pause for travel or life, and pick up where you left off.
Do you offer family or sibling discounts?
Yes. Households get 10% off, and additional children in kids' classes are discounted. Just mention it when you book.
How do I pay?
We'll sort payment together when you book — monthly or annual, whichever suits. Ask about flexible options.
I'm postnatal / returning after a break — is that okay?
Absolutely. Much of the work here is exactly that. We start gently and build at your pace.
Where are classes held?
At the Northern Quarter studio in Muscat. Online coaching is available anywhere.
